If you've never been to a gluten-free expo before, now is your chance. It is a great chance to try gluten-free products before you buy them and connect with other gluten-free friends. You will not be disappointed.
If you are looking for more of an educational experience, I highly suggest you attend on Saturday. The Stanford Education Day is being hosted by the Celiac Community Foundation of Northern California in partnership with Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health. There will be top celiac doctors sharing a variety of topics including myths about celiac disease, gluten-related disorders, and more.
If you see me there, please say hello!
