Rudi's Gluten Free Giveaway

If I am not the biggest fan of Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery, I don't know who is.

My love affair started with Rudi's when I was introduced to their gluten-free breads at a brunch in Philadelphia in October 2010. How can you not fall in love when you are served baskets of gluten-free multi-grain toast followed by a delicious plate of gluten-free French toast at 10 Arts in the Ritz Carlton? It was like a gluten-free fairy tale!

Next came gluten-free peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and grilled cheese sandwiches from Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery at the NFCA's Appetite for Awareness event. Hello REAL bread! These PB&J sandwiches won my A4A10 Gluten-Free Fun Vendy Award for "Best Sandwich of the Day." The had full, spreadable coverage of both the peanut butter and the jelly. Best part, you didn't have to toast the bread to get it to stay together! This is almost unheard of in the gluten-free bread world.

Most recently, Rudi's launched their Spread the Bread program in conjunction with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. This national coupon program supports Celiac Disease education for physicians through NFCA's Continuing Medical Education program. For everyone $1 off coupon you download from the Rudi's Gluten-Free Bread website, Rudi's will donate one dollar to support the NFCA's efforts to better education physicians in the diagnosis of Celiac, up to $20,000. To visit the Spread the Bread site and download your coupon today, visit www.rudisglutenfree.com/spread-the-bread-coupon.

Finally, Rudi's not only has a wonderful selection of gluten-free breads and now a really important mission to educate professionals about Celiac Disease but they also have a really fun and cheery website. At the Rudi's Gluten-Free Bakery website you can find out where to buy Rudi's bread in your neighborhood, download coupons, find out about upcoming events, and read their company blog. (I am featured in their article "Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakes Up Friendships On the Road"!) I think the blog and their Facebook and Twitter presence are really important for connecting with their customers.

NOW IS YOUR CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE THE GREATNESS THAT IS RUDI'S GLUTEN-FREE!

I am hosting a Rudi's prize package giveaway. All you have to do to enter is leave a comment on this blog, on my Facebook page, or send me a Tweet. Do all three and you are entered three times! The winner will be chosen on Friday, January 21 so enter today!

I've never had Rudi's breads either. I bet the Cinnamon Raisin variety would make great gluten-free French Toast or Bread Pudding. I'd love to try it!

I have been gluten free for 2 years now and still have not had bread. I guess I am so sick of tasting the yuck, that I gave up. Oh, to have a PB&J again. Sigh.

My mom is gluten intolerant so I have made it my mission to help her find new foods to add to her diet as well as new recipes.... She enjoys bread and baked goods that have a texture of a regular slice of bread..... keep up the good work

10 years of gluten free and I had given up finding a tasty bread. I can't find this bread on my local store. I'd love to give it a try.

I have a coupon for Rudi's bread but have to find a store that sells it here.

I too have Celiac Disease and after years of suffering was finally diagnosed. Whenever I go to the store that supposedly carries Rudi's they are out. I'm looking forward to getting a shipment so that I can compare to Udi's - the brand I've been using...who will win?

i have actually never tried Rudi's products. is that scandalous for a GF girl? i've been GF for the past several months and started out by just cutting out gluten-containing products. now i'm experimenting with GF products - cookies, pretzels, waffles, pizza crust. i haven't tried bread yet. i have heard bad things about GF bread. but i have heard good things about this brand. so it looks like this is where i'll start!

We are huge Rudi fans and when I found out I had Celiac disease, I thought I would never enjoy Rudi's again . . . we've actually been eating Udi's because I did not know Rudi's had Gluten-Free bread, until recently. I am so excited to get back on board with Rudi's. Thank you for this opportunity.

My 11yo needs to eat GF and Rudi's is his favorite bread by far! Winning this giveaway will r-e-a-l-l-y help our very small grocery budget go a lot further. Thanks for offering it!

I wish I could try Rudi's. We are limited in Canada to great tasting GF products.

I have eaten Rudi's for about 6 months now and love it! I have a daughter and grandson that also have celiac so we share a lot of recipes and products. Winning this package would help us ALL out! Thanks so much!!

Blogger Holly said...

Rudi's was the first GF bread that tasted normal for me - texture is great!
I have yet to try all the different breads they make, so I would love to win :)

I absolutely love your cinnamon bread!! I couldn't believe it was Gluten Free, Thank you!! - Diana

Would love to win your products. My son and I are both celiac and have not yet tried your products. Very excited to try them.

If it weren't for Rudi's I would probably not eat bread. It is so hard to find a bread that isn't dry and that has a taste, which is G-free. I esp. like grilled cheese, and this makes eating them just like old times before becoming gluten-free

My 11 yr old Grandson has to eat Gluten Free and He really likes the Rubi's bread. Thanks for a chance to win

Where can I find Rudi's in Manhattan, NYC??

Blogger crafting_jan said...

I would really like to try Rudi's products as GF in Canada is very expensive and not very good.

my daughter is sooo happy when she gets to eat bread! usually its 'daddy's bread, it has wheat'. so when she (and me) gets toast or a sandwich we are thrilled!!! i love love love Rudi's. Its a little pricey for us, so this would be extremely helpful to a family on WIC.

Just diagnosed & having a lot of trouble finding "good" food - I've been trying all different types of breads, cookies, etc. & unfortunately they are "terrible". So winning a FREE basket full of gluten-free treats would be a god sent for me.
