There are so many problems that could "complicate" celiacs' or gluten sensitive folks' health, if we don't pay attention to our diet. I still meet those who tell me "It's too much trouble to be GF," "I only eat a small piece of [non GF] bread with my meals, "... but it tasted so good ..." This article points to other reasons why we NEED to take best of care of ourselves. Thank you.
