Long Island's 1st Dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery and Cafe Opening
Bare Naked Bakery has worked very hard and is now ready to serve the Gluten Free community on Long Island! On Friday, July 2nd Bare Naked Bakery opens its doors in Bellmore, New York. Being a Long Island girl, I cannot wait to try this new gluten-free bakery in the next few weeks.

Bare Naked Bakery is Long Island's first dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery and Cafe. Your special dietery and allergen needs are their number one priority. Proper packing and preparation are vital to every product they create. Taste is never compromised and often the Bare Naked products are confused with the “real thing" (gluten filled products).

In Long Island's first 100% dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery and Cafe, they are committed to excellence. Wether you are celiac, gluten intolerant or just changing your lifestyle, you can feel safe and secure knowing that you are in 100% Gluten Free hands at Bare Naked Bakery and Cafe.

Ingredients for all menu items are available upon request.

Sample menu items include:
Panini - grill pressed on focaccia, bagueete, bagel, sandwich bread, or quesadilla
Pizza - made on gluten-free/dairy free crust
Baked Goods - bagels, muffins, cookies, biscotti, brownies, cupcakes, cakes, and more
Bread - focaccia, sandwich, potato, baguette, zucchini, banana, cinnamon raisin
