Kinnikinnick Hits Another Gluten-Free Homerun and Giveaway
This contest is now closed.

I don't know anyone that hasn't heard of Kinnikinnick. From bread to mixes to cookies and even donuts, Kinnikinnick fills that carb void you might feel you are missing when going gluten-free. They are one of those companies that might make you think "Hey... this gluten-free thing isn't so bad." Yes, their products are that good.

One of the cool things about Kinnikinnick is their seasonal items. These are the items you better order before it is too late. Now is that time of year for them to introduce some fall flavors to their product line. The newest release is a Pumpkin Spice Donut. Kinnikinnick was kind enough to send me some free samples of these Pumpkin Spice donuts last week. Let's just say I ate more than one. If you haven't had their donuts before, these donuts are small but dense and really flavorful. They weren't overly spiced and went really well with a cup of coffee. The icing kind of fell off, but it didn't really add or detract from the flavor in my opinion. Because of my lack of willpower, I handed these donuts out around the office. Even the gluten eaters thought these were good. That's one of the best compliments to a gluten-free product.

Here is what Kinnikinnick has to say about their new donut:

Since Fall and pumpkins go together like donuts and coffee, leading provider of gluten, dairy and nut free baked goods, is bringing back its popular, seasonal donut Pumpkin Spice

Available for a limited time until November 30th for purchase via www.kinnikinnick.com these donuts are made with real pumpkin & spice and are a perfect way to celebrate the season.

I'm from Vermont and during the fall each year there are amazing apple cider donuts. I'm heading home next weekend for Columbus Day and my dad talked about heading up to the cider mill as a family for some fresh apple cider donuts - too bad I can't partake anymore! Pumpkin spice donuts would fill the fall donut void in my heart!

Like Layla, I haven't had a donut since my Celiac diagnosis either - 1 year, 4 months and counting!

If these got your seal of approval they must be wonderful :)

I love this post!! I go through about 2 boxes of these donuts a week. I keep them in the freezer at work! I recently just tried Glutino's donuts this past weekend--definitely not as good. These Kinnickinick donuts are the best.

I tried to post earlier, but I guess it didn't go through so I'll post again.

I haven't had a donut since I went gluten-free and though I've contemplated buying these at the supermarket, I can't justify the cost (broke college kid over here). I'd love to give them a try!

I had never tried a gluten-free doughnut and had heard great things about Kinnikinnick's pumpkin spice doughnuts (i'm also a teeny bit obsessed with pumpkin. I went looking for the pumpkin spice doughnuts this past weekend at my local stores. I couldn't find them so I bought the Kinnikinnick cinnamon doughnuts instead and they are delicious! I'm even more excited to finally try the pumpkin spice ones.

I would love to win these! I had my first one in Sept. when the company donated donuts to our Celiac Disease Walk. They are amazingly good. They taste like donuts that are full of gluten. I need to continue the addiction!

As a 31 week pregnant lady donuts would rock! My cravings for carbs and baked goods would get knocked out in one circle of goodness.

I would love to try these donuts! I've eyed them in the stores but haven't decided to spend the money to try them yet. I'm new to this gluten-free life and it's been rather expensive trying out different foods and regretfully throwing some away. Pick me! lol

i would save them to hand out at my next ROCK meeting!!! We love trying new products!!

I would love to have these donuts for my gluten free son, he is 10 years old and has 3 siblings that don't eat gluten free, it would make him feel included to have these. He has been gluten free since the age of 3. He would really appreciate it!

I want them because I've had a miserable month with my GI system. I am just getting over an intense flare, and this would be, for lack of a better word - sweet. I would shares these donuts with my friends who think gluten free food sucks. I always like proving them wrong. I do like your products. Cheers! (paerki@aim.com)

Keri don't throw gluten free food out. Turn it into something. These donuts, even when stale make a nice bread pudding. Hard muffins or breads make a great stuffing and stale bread turns into bread crumbs. I haven't thrown anything out that is gluten free. I reinvent it. Kinnikinnick's website has tons of recipes and ideas. MarionKaiser@hotmail.com

My daughter loves your hamburger buns. I know that she would love your donuts. I buy Dun-kin donuts and she is always asking if I really enjoy them, while she goes without. It would be great to win these for her and her husband. He went Gluten free for her.

oh man I can't wait- the minute I read Donuts, then read about the flavors my mouth was watering soo much. The coffee was the final straw! I would share these with my husband who is a gluten eater, and I bet I'll have to fend him off from eating them all. Of course only if I don't inhale all of them myself!!!!

I used to be a DONUT MONSTER before I went gluten free - I miss donuts so much! Kinnikinnick donuts are great, but I rarely have the $$$ to afford them, so I'd love to win these!

I would love to win these. The one store in my area that sold Kinnikinnick donuts stopped! I have to drive 30 mins to find them now. And every once in awhile, you get a craving for a donut. Hard to fulfill when you have to get in the car for that long.
