Last month, Sandy Merrill, MPH, CHHC, Certified Holistic Health Coach gave the NYC Celiac Disease Meetup group a very interesting talk about the gluten-free and diabetes connection. Afterwards she shared her recipe for "healthy" brownies.
Gluten Free “Healthy” Brownie Recipe
Garbanzo Bean Brownies
by Sandy Merrill
(All ingredients should be available at Whole Foods or Fairway or health food store)
1.5 cups (250-280 grams) good chocolate like Black & Green Organic Chocolate –(I use
mostly 70% Cacao but you can add in some flavored chocolate as well-like Espresso or
Orange, etc.)
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (=one 25 oz. can, drained and rinsed well)
4 eggs
2/3 cups of honey
½ cup walnuts (optional)
Melt chocolate. Blend eggs in food processor so air gets whipped in. Add beans and honey to eggs and blend together. Add melted chocolate and process until smooth. Pour batter into 9” buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool before licing.
(These freeze very well.)

You should better add some photos to make people interested in your post. But that is a great idea of the gluten free brownie recipe of yours. Maybe I should try this one.
I totally agree that adding some photos will surely make your post more interesting. But I think your recipe looks simple and great.Better try that one.
