Although I am off the sugar for the rest of the month, I was excited to learn that Betty Crocker has expanded their gluten-free baking line. I am already a fan of their gluten-free yellow cake mix as well as their gluten-free brownie mix. From what I've seen, these are the most widely available gluten-free in regular supermarkets. Now, Betty Crocker has added gluten-free sugar cookie mix as well as an all-purpose gluten-free rice flour blend to their product line. This is great news for people that like to bake but don't have the time to measure out their own flour blends. As soon as I can eat sugar again and need to bake something for a party or BBQ, I am going to try these gluten-free mixes

Oh, let me see... lovely cupcakes, boston cream pie, maybe a nice crust for a cheesecake (sugar cookie dough works really well for that). Yum!
Thanks for sharing the news! I'd love to win!
I'd love to try the yellow cake mix in a dump cake recipe - I seriously miss my pineapple dump cake - do you think it would work??
I LOVE to make cupcakes!
USA only I assume? I'm in Canada, but we never get the cool stuff.
I think I would make some chocolate cupcakes. Hope to win! :)

Would absolutely love to win this! My grandchildren would love for me to make all of these as well.
I am not a big fan of the yellow cake mix. It seems to be too dry and grainy. The chocolate chip cookies are OK. But the devils food rocks and the brownies are great as well. It will be interesting to try the baking mix and sugar cookies.
This would be great to win. My grandchildren would love for me to make these for them.

Caramel bundt cake, salted caramel pretzel brownies, cookies, cupcakes.
I'd like to make some large cookies with a bunch of different mix-ins: chopped PB cups, M&M's, coconut, white choc. and macadamia nut...the possibilities are endless!
With 3 kids, they would love for me to bake some more yummy treats!

I have my first summer off after my first year working at a school. My goal is to do more GF baking from all the recipes I have fallen in love with but don't have the time during the school year. That way I have a go-to list of good food for this next school year. Would you like to see my stack of recipes? Thanks for this opportunity!

WOW! Your products are great! The freebie is mostly pink and I can hear it calling my name :)
I have my first summer off after working my first year at a school. My plan is to use all the GF recipes I have pinned over the last year so I have a good list to go too. I would rather have fresh baked vs. the frozen I've been stuck with this past year. Would you like to see the stack of recipes I have??
Thanks for the opportunity!
